The friends of Virginia Beach Animal Control is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that is dedicated to helping the animals who find themselves in the care of Virginia Beach Animal Control.
It is our mission to help increase adoptions of healthy, adoptable pets as well as to help educate the public about the need for aggressive spay/neuter programs as well as the kind treatment of all companion animals.
We count on the support of our community to help us continue this mission and there are several easy ways in which you can help us help the animals in our municipal shelter.

Donate a Kuranda Dog Bed
These tough and durable dog beds are a welcomed addition to the Virginia Beach Animal Control shelter and provide hours of comfort for dogs that would otherwise have to sleep on a concrete floor.
If you donate a bed to Virginia Beach Animal Control, the bed will be shipped directly to the shelter and you will receive a special discount from Kuranda for your kindness.
