Thank you for your interest in our adoptable animals. If you would like more information about this pet, see the Shelter information below. We would love to help you rescue a perfect pet!
Maddie is one loving, brindle beauty. She knows “sit” “laydown” “stay” “shake” and will even take a treat off her nose! She is incredibly potty trained, and EXCELLENT in the crate and a perfect lady in the home. She pulls a little bit on a leash, but all is solved with an easy leader harness. She could live with other dogs, but needs proper intro, as she is still learning social skills. She would not mind being an only dog either! Bath tubs kind of scare her, but she will tolerate them for a nice bath. She will please for treats, doesn’t bark but will let out the saddest whine that will wrench your heart, and loves stuffy toys. This is one good dog, who understands love, and stormy, movie afternoon snuggle sessions. She is excited to explore the house and sniff til her little hearts content, but is without a doubt a snuggle buddy. She is extremely tolerant has a great demeanor. She loves soft blankeys, and will lay on one if it is in sight, rides great in the car, and is great with both men and women. Maddie sees the simplicity in life, that little joys bring big pleasure. Love is her prerogative, she will never turn down a hug, and her eyes tell a story. She was once loved, she’s enjoyed the taste of human food, and has snuggled on the couch with a human a time or two. Where her old humans are you ask? Who knows, her future starts here. Maddie is a gem, a diamond amongst the rough, and so very deserving of a nice, loving, dedicated family that will feel the happiness of her mere existence!
